New guy from south Mississippi

Hey guys! i`m new to the forum, from south Mississippi. I just picked up my first dirt bike, its an 03 yz250. I traded an 06 honda recon for it. Its not beautiful, but it runs great! only problem is when i put it on the trailer, and compressed the forks it leaked a good bit of fluid. I`m going to go ahead and buy some new fork seals. my question is, is that something i can change myself? also, how much fluid do the forks hold? And what is the oil mix ratio? Thanks!

Welcome! Good lookin' bike!

You can do forks yourself, it takes a few special tools sometimes, but otherwise pretty straight forward.
Chec out some youtube videos and let me know if you have any questions! -BIG DAN

I gotcha, it doesn't seem like it leaks when I'm riding, but I'm just going to take it to someone that knows what their doing. Thanks everyone for the warm welcome!
