Got my 2016 crf 250r dropped off today.
23hrs from new
Gold talon wheels and hubs
Akrapovic full twin exhaust
3 way mapping system
Boysen clutch cover
Brand new plastics and graphics (camo)

Amazing bike for an amazing price aswel! Oh boy what a throaty noise the twin akrapovics make

Do I have to add more oil due to the boysen clutch cover when changing tranny oil?

Think I’ve found the correct manual for the 2016, not to sure. If anyone has a link to the correct one so I can double check be great

Thanks mate, I swapped the shock on my 13 to get the heavier spring out of it.
And my new 16 crf has a light spring in it so I do need to swap them out. Thing is, I wonder if it will differ.

Might have a shot before Wednesday

Anything I should be doing to this bike before I ride it. Any checks?

If it was mine I’d have opened it up already. Ride long enough to make sure it runs, then check the specs to ensure it keeps running. Id have that manual and follow it “as needed” but I’m not scared to get in there. First thing to conquer is the valve clearance. You may be surprised how long they can go without moving at all.
