CHECK IT OUT!!! A Briggs and Stratton 900 series engine. It has 9 ft lbs of torque at 2600 RPM and 9 HP at 3600. I was going to get the 1000 series which is a 10 HP, but 10 on up has 1 inch shafts, the clutch im using is a 3/4". This little guy is going to be perfect for this mini bike. It was $238.50 at a little shop, all the big name hardware stores had it for $360+! I also bought the chain and the sand to sand blast the frame. Here it is mocked up in the frame to make sure it fitted. I like how the exhaust is going to go under the seat and out the back. The only fitment issue was the oil fill spout, it was too tall and hit the frame. A couple of oil plugs fixed that right up. here is the centrifugal clutch added to it. Here is a video of it running.
