It does have brand new fenders, plates, seat cover, seat foam and rear tire. The bike is all original with Magura levers,  throttle assembly, and the  correct original Bing carburetor. Any input would be greatly appreciated  I just want to do my homework before I list it for sale.</p></blockquote><p></p>
