God Speed Ashlee! This breaks my heart. So young and beautiful. I think of my Son riding MotoX who just turned 20. Everytime he goes out the door to ride I worry. I just tried to show this to my son and he got all snotty and mad and said "i dont want to hear it or see it Mom!" I get that. I dont like it when people come up to me and start telling to to be careful and about how many people they know who have died riding motorcycles, it bugs me too. But as a parent, I just cant help but say something to my Son because I NEVER want to be in Ashlee's parents shoes, I dont think there is anything worse. Then part of me thinks why did I say something to him? To scare him? Is it going to make him more careful? Is it going to make him more lucky? Is he is going to stop riding? No. But as a parent I was moved and couldnt help it, out of my fear and love for him.
