Aside&nbsp; from needing special installation of some kind, it sounds like it&nbsp; would require at least some infrastructure to communicate with the&nbsp; electronics to change what is displayed.Then throw in durability, effectiveness, etc, and it sounds like a desperate, if not ineffective way to generate revenue. I absolutely HATE those animated billboards, especially at night. I'm looking at you, Rosamond and Lancaster Fairgrounds!
