Dang they were telling me that I'll be in a sling for 12 weeks then a month or 2 of therapy, basically 6 months until I can ride again. To which I promptly said "uh no, I'll live with it for now". I'm guessing that a lot of that was over estimated though. On a side note, isn't the new way of thinking leaning towards getting the repaired limb moving as soon as possible? Because the longer it's in a sling the less ROM you'll have and the longer it'll take to recover?
