So basically, how do you think i would go about torquing down the nut on the stud that goes through this hole?

It's right smack-dab under the PV cover. i can take the cover off and get a bit closer with my crow's foot, but it's still a little less than 1/2 way on the nut.

So any ideas? My parts should be here tomorrow or thursday, i want to throw it together and !!
