two different crowds. Most on here seem to be into the ride rather than the destination. There is a group of guys here in Fresno that post on ADVRIDER. They like to take the sleeping bag and food go for a weekend trip and camp out. They ride dual sport bikes like DR400 and such. I personally want to do some of that, but when I ride it is more for the ride than the scenery. Scenery is good, but its the ride for me. I dont have to go fast. I have taught LOTS of people to ride. I still take em out and wait n help them to this day. My son on the other hand is to the point he doesnt want to ride with me unless its just a guy trip and haulin ass and hill climbin and such. As I get older and broke down, I still love to go out and hang it out to the best of my ability, but the next several days I pay for it with my bad back n knees. I am slowing down for sure.
