At 15, my son was riding a YZ250F. He was about your size at the time and came off a YZ85 to the 250f. I looked into getting him a 125 2 stroke, but with a shorter inseam, he would struggle with the clutch in off camber or rocky situations. I want him to get use to the bike size more and the 4 stroke would allow him to tractor through those areas better without fighting the clutch as much.Once he figured that out, he moved to a YZ250 2 stroke.
