1) You will be removing both outer right covers.2) It looks like it will slide right out without having to cut it off. If so, try and put a pipe that slides over it or a cresent (adjustable wrench) on it and and tweek it back the other way a little.3) If you end up with a cut off wheel (and I don't think you will) just be patient to cut slowly.Good luck, and cool wife and kids, I'm lucky when I get a gift at all.
