Okay.. It doesnt pull out.. Thats actually the part of the bolt head, that bolts the shoes to the inner hub..
According to KTM, Part No: 45229021000
They actually call it "KTM special clutch tool".....
So have ordered that, So that i can see wether my clutch has the washer stack, or springs...
Im really hoping it is springs, Because then i can order KTM's "yellow A" springs... Which are softest...
Thus, making clutch engage at alot lower revs... 
According to the 2012 KTM parts diagram.. It shows springs... So i have my fingers crossed, that mine is..
£25 for their "special clutch tool" though.... urgh..
