NO they don't... America has gone OVER THE EDGE on freedom if you ask me. People are free to sue whomever for what ever and because of the expense fo the suit on the businesses side they settle out of court rather than go all the way through... I went to visit some friends last weekend ata campground, I noticed that the "wooden" picnic bench I sat down on was smokin hot so I stood up... I mena WTF... you can't tell me she didn't noticed until she started smelling bacon sizzling.
