Seriously W...T...F is wrong with this country?

Suspect breaks into home, ties up 90 yr old homeowner at gun point, homeowner unties himself, homeowner gets gun, suspect shoots homeowner after seeing that he has a gun, homeowner still manages to shoot suspect, suspect then sues homeowner.

Oh and need I mention that this happened in Commiefornia?
