It's shizzle like this that makes the US look like idiots with all the warnings, wals, fences, so many things to KEEP an idiot from getting hurt or the persons idiot parents from taking care of them. I can only imagine how "outsiders" view us as people... I mean, are we going to have to put a wall around every body of water to keep people from going in and drowning? make climbing up on a roof top impossible so no one can climb up and fall off? Where does it end?
