I agree.The agricultural community has been testing for Salmonella and E. Coli in our foods for many years.The technology in searching out these contaminants has come leaps and bounds. To the point where they are finding salmonella and eColi in EVERYTHING. So now, they are deciding what amount of that is actually harmful because, let's face it, it's EVERYWHERE. So, there were bad people out there in the same numbers back when my parents were growing up, yet there was not the same 'panic' about it. Call it 'Ignorance is Bliss.' -BIG DAN
