I've had a lower end rattle when you let the clutch out. Thought it was that clutch basket bearing. Well i replaced that. And put it back together. It was quite intill today. While i was riding it got progressivly louder.. Now its really rough...

 

I took the oil plug out and you can see the crankgear. When i press the kick starter..I can see the crank coming up and down.

 

I think i hurt it awhile back when the torque wrench failed to properly torque that bolt correctly... And it spit that bolt through the crankcase. From then on out its had a little rattle when the clutch was released.

 

 

I have not split cases since i was probably 12years old. I'm not looking forward to this.
