On the powervalve...

I loosen the two bolts and tried to turn the deal for the adjustment on the tention... and it was pretty firm... I got it moving.. but i didnt want to do anymore.. Intill i ask if its supposed to be pretty hard to turn... I visioned it being like really easy to turn..lol
