I understand that (I can guarantee you will not find someone who can do a re-wire on a uhaul trailer faster or figure out where the last guy went wrong faster) but I'm not entirely sure what goes wrong with a fuel pump to cause it to send + to - perhaps they operate different than the idea I have in my head
