hey Riley, I looked at the very same gun for my son..It seems like a nice gun but the reviews I read were not that great. I read that alot of people had trouble with the bolt action breaking. I called a gun shop asking if he had one in stock and he told me not to buy it because he was so covered up with warranty repairs on the bolt action. Just be careful with it and don't abuse it. I ended up getting him the Marlin .243 nice gun for about the same price minus the scope. Just FYI good luck.
