My handgun to rifle ratio is 1 to 5. I favor the rifles. As a marksman in the military I just loved the idea of shooting something from far away and it never knowing where it came from. I do however have my fun with pistols. I have an old BP Colt 45 that I call the hand cannon. I like to load it hot and shoot at night. Shoots gigantic flames out the barrel. One of my favorite rifles is a 1892 Winchester 38/40 lever action rifle handed down the generations. It still shoot perfectly, has the octagon barrel and the antler sights. We call it "Magic". This is my favorite of all though. My dad and I built that when I got out of the military 10 years ago.
