Just got back from the mountain, and yes, it's true, So Cal's can't drive in the rain. 7 accidents on the freeway between Santa Clarita and Chatsworth, about 10 miles....... Anyways, the pre-opening taste test was a huge success, Bruce, Jason, Kris, John, Cindy and others really kicked butt and cooked up a whole bunch of awesome food. Tri-tip, brisket, fried chicken, different versions of wings, salads, coleslaw and more. We would finish one item and another would show up on the table. The two pretty waitresses D and D did an excellent job in keeping the food and beverages coming. I think the place is going to do very well. Some photos of the goings on, due to operator error, a little blurry on some of them. Place is easy to find, right on the main drag Sorry D, ain't going to pass up posting this one Big guy Is Jason - the J in J&B's, fireman John working the grill Bruce and Kris One of the varieties of wings Me trying one of the wings, shortly after this photo, John pictured here would doctor a wing with habanero sauce and hand it to me.....
