Can you get a gallon of WD-40 in your area? If you are seeking to disperse any water/codisation in the case, you could fill the entire case "all the way up" pull the plug wire and kick it over about 10-20 times and slosh it around real good, drain. Anything to not have to split cases will be miles ahead. Just trying to think outside your box.
