Did some more work on the WR. Put on new tires and new HD tubes on both ends. Bought a couple quarts of oil and a new filter for later on this week. The front brake was also extremely stiff (I couldn't even get the pads to release after they closed with the front wheel off) and the fluid window showed the level kind of on the high side, so I bled it a little and now it seems fine. It's coming together one piece at a time
