Both of these welds are crap, Honda has a good hot spot on it, but no continuation to the ends.  The Yami is just like mine was that failed, excess weld everywhere, but all on the swing arm.  You can see the curled edge of the bracket meaning there is zero penetration, and probably a worsterest weld then the Red sickle.
