I could use someone to help keep the tow truck fleet running while I'm out fixing stuff roadside. Problem is the last 3 guys we've had were worthles, one was an ok mechanic, didn't like to be told to do stuff though, had a drinking problem and missed about 3-4 days a week. another didn't know shit about trucks, didn't want to work, expected electrician union pay and benefits even though he started working an hour after he showed up and quit an hour before he left. The other always had something more important to do than show up to work, he did show up when he needed to bum $20 though.
