Hahahahahaha   Yeah the Cleveland was available in 2 and 4 bolt mains.  The 2 bolt main left enough room so you could convert it to a 4 bolt main.  Usually the 4 bolt 4V was the cobra and cobra jet motors. Cleveland's came in cougars torinos and the panteras I believe.  As far as the Windsor Cleveland debate the Cleveland was more for performance with much larger chambers in the heads. And I think the Windsor with Cleveland heads is the 351M. Not sure tho.
