Message: <blockquote data-quote="ossagp" data-source="post: 174594" data-attributes="member: 1650"><p>A friend of mine from my home town ended up working up here nearly as long as I have been here.  One of the things he picked up to support his flying addiction was guiding.  He figured he had seen every size beaver that Alaska has to offer.  When one of his "friends" said that he had seen some that topped 40 lbs,  Ken Powers said that was "hard to believe".  I guess that was the wrong guy to say that to.  Anyway, Powers ended up with a several large beavers bloating away on his porch.  Biggest one was mounted and was at the Anchorage  Sportsman's Warehouse the last time I saw it.</p></blockquote><p></p>
