That or they are such a weak minded pussy that they will not go and confront the person themselves.  I use to DJ when i was younger and had club equipment in my house... i was a punk and i blasted my music LOUD.  all but 1 neighbor NEVER came and knocked on my door and asked me to turn it down.. 1 neighbor did ... he came over and when i turned it down he say "NO turn it back up to where it was" then had me follow him to the middle of the street,  i did. I then realized how loud it was.. he said "see you think you could keep it down"  I had so much respect for the guy i never played my music loud again.</p></blockquote><p></p>
