Road trip! Just as much as I would like to attend the R1 Convention out that way...I've seen some shit in my years of riding, and this ranks right up to the top of them. I've even submerged some bikes in my days but I've never lost on over a dang rapid, glad ya'll came out of that unscathed and if I lived closer to California I'd ride with you guys every weekend
We have our first ride (DBA 1.0) coming up on Thanksgiving week, it'll be my first trip to Cali, you're welcome to join us.

Congrats on the new baby!! My baby is 20 . I have been watching and looking at all the pics from the R1 Event and looks like fun. I have a buddy that lives close to there and says that the Dragon is the best..I love road trips, but my wife and I just had a baby 2weeks ago so I don't see one in my future
CDA, the R1-forum convention is pretty cool, I went when it was just in its 2nd year and not so big.

Just how do you think I got out of first gear it surely wasn't by twisting the throttle
I knew a guy from the mainland who raced the old Mauna Kea 200 enduro. He disassembled his KDX 200 and packed it in two big suitcases.
