Some of THE best forks ever made. Cartridges and no one had anything like them at the time (86) they came out, Suzuki had some that were as good in that same year 88, only honda had theirs dialed in a bit more. The drawback to the engine is that it has some nice light aluminum magnesium parts that literally dissolve if stored wet. My entire outer case is junk. the others did some copying of that engine, good in it's day, but everyone else had one that was coming up, so honda greatly improved the next generation. I won't build mine back as a rider.I'm looking into getting the 88 Cr from a family member. I'm curious about a few things. Mostly, how do you adjust/ what kind of suspension does it come with? Cartridge forks? What are the best mods? Issues? Fill me in and SHOW ME YOURS! Pics!!!!!!!

Your top shock bolt and nut should still be available Honda! ;-)
Sorry, I mean the adjusting knob. It's discontinued and nobody has it.
