You need a bike were you can touch the ground but your still all the way up on your tippy toes, ide say that is pretty safe and a good choice. You have gear right?

I'm 5'1 115 pounds, personally if i was 5'4 I'd be considering a 125 smoker or a 250 4 stroke. But there will be a noticeable difference coming off of a crf100.
