Luckily my local suzuki shop had jets in stocks so I am headed to pick up a 168 n a 170 main, the guyb said the pilot can be held off for now

I bought both for 8bucks, they didn't have pilot jets in stock

ok i definitely told you what factory jetting was...

stock settings on the 98 carb (model # 37E2 and it is a PWK38PWJ) are main jet #162, needle N1EI in the center position, 45 pilot jet, and a 60 power jet

^that is factory jetting. And from what I have seen people post, when they went to a big bore they LEANED their main jet...

thats the main jet, it should ahve a fairly large number on it i.e. 165, 170 etc

well then you got the wrong main jet... you need the one that matches the one that is in your carb.

well the main jet is suppose to be hexagonal, not round...

Jets come in all shapes and sizes, but NOT interchangable between designs. You have to get the style that came out of the carb.
Also, Keihin ans Mikuni use totally different jets size designations. a 110 mikuni is not a 110 keihin.

Ok do I go bigger than wht I have now in it which is a 165
