I've had to use pliers to pull yucca spears out of my body before, but that really takes the cake. That's nasty.

The guy crashed on what looked like a graded road. What's up with that?

I've had to pull those damn spears out too. Man did that suck. I stay far and wide from those damn spines now.

Don't think that there are that many blood vessels in your cheek so you might be fine pulling it out. However I'd elect to keep it in to help slow the bleeding and let the ER take care of it. Plus walking into the ER with a branch sticking out of your face is sure to get you to the front of the line.

Yank it and throw some tree sap in there..or JB weld, gum, duct tape, etc...

Popping the lens out and poking a hole through the lens are two very different things.

it won't poke a hole through it, it will push through and pop the lens out. the weak spot is the edge not the lens.
