I think it is my syncronizers. It has gotten so bad though that im done driving it until i pull the tranny out.

Try pumping the clutch pedal before down shifting.... Put it in nutreal and pump it some...Then try to shift.

syncros usually dont suddenly go bad, im thinking your trans is leaking, if it is and your fluid gets low your syncros stop functioning properly and you cant get it in gear unless you speed shift

I checked my fluid level today and it was fine

Which fluid level? clutch hydraulic fluid or gear oil?

I would just change out he shift handle to a Hurst T shift handle...that should fix it. you can thank me later
