Been a Porsche fan since I saw my dad's 911 the day he brought it homeGo buy a Porschahhhh, looks like ya be's wantin' one, whip out yer wallet, head on over to a dealer, or used Porsche dealer and git one, you only live once.....
My pops also bought one back in 1973 to Dutchland, his was blue and white, they had no gm repair shops, so he sadly sold it, its still there, but the fool who bought it painted it black, it should remain stock blue with white deck stripes. He bought a 2002 bmw, 4 cyl, it was fun also...Pops brought home one of these in 1970.
The US army was nice enough to ship to our station in Illesheim Germany. So many Porsche, we turned a lot of heads
the 917 is still the coolest race car ever built

These days you would struggle to find 5 or 6 in the UK nevermind for sale or for low money!Back when I was a teen you could buy 914’s in nice condition about $600 a pop. Now the same car is 28k. I should have bought 5or6.

Over here at the moment the prices on 80's -early 90's hot hatches are rocketing! A 1988 VW Golf GTi (rabbit) with 100000 miles will easy do £5000, a low miler will do double that, my own favourites the 1400 cc Renault 5 turbo raider edition in clean shape £15000, Peugeot 205 GTI 1900 CC mint will do the same Ming with low miles! You could possibly buy a 914 cheaper than the R5 or the 205
