I entered an AMA hill climb once, back in the day! Wish Ida had this bike then too! Im embarrassed to say this but, I rode a TT250, I did extend swing arm 1&1/2 ft but I didn't have enough power to turn the rear wheel!

02 or 03 was the last year.....pretty much 300 type power with noticeably more low end torque and still has a very good top end, very good reliability.... in my opinion, the best overall motor anyone's ever built.

I agree Steve, best all around bike I've ever owned, I had a SX model and the EXC model.
It's actually a 368cc motor!
I should have never gotten ride of sway back Sally or pinky finger Suzie! Worst mistake I've made thismillennium!

I wouldn't be embarrassed! You won a title on a TT250, that's impressive!

I did not win a title, nor did I make the hill! Only one 250 made it. It was a KX too. Out of 11, 250 entrees I think I placed 7th.

I own a 14 300 XC.....probably the same as yours, the XC is extremely predictable and turns great....the RM however is a scalpel, I can turn much quicker and with less effort than the XC....I love em both though.
