Red Bull does work for quick burst of energy. I was hooked on the 5Hr. shots for a while. they work also.

I usually wake up 1/2 drunk, buy some gas station donuts and then shit in the 110 degree porta john as soon as i get to the track. I find that weight dropped really helps my riding
