Finally exercising again.

Yeah I need to get back on my program where I dropped the weight. Road biking & MTB worked well with me but I was also watching what I was eating. I also used a Phone app to track cals burned & eaten (that really works well):thumb:

Ab's are made in the gym...they are made in the kitchen :prof:
that comes later if thats what you are after and yea for most they have to be hardcore to get that.

Thats the other thing... at least for me i didnt get fat overnight so i never expected to loose it overnight. i was so overweight that it started coming off fast. its slowed way down and gets harder and harder with the less body fat ratio. I am still not where i want to be.. still got this fucking dunlap .... you know where your belly done lapped over your belt?

sure is getting harder tho... and i am floating around the same weight myself. i think im building muscle now and its replacing the fat cause my belt is feeling looser... almost time for a new hole.

I know I am going to hit the Plato soon. I tipped the scale at 209.7 this morning, not bad from 221 I started 2 weeks ago. Amazing how fast weight falls off when you gut out the wasted calorie foods.
