I have fond memories of my uncles 1984 RM125.. I used to have a 1976 RM125. I did a lot of shit with that bike.

Never did get round to painting the forks but not too bad for £100 spent on paint seat cover and a wee bit of effort!

Ok, I'll one out of the closet. My first Zuke bike was an RM125 I traded for a 1967 Datsun 411. Buddy of mine had a wife and kid at 19-20 and needed an extra car.

That is a nice scooter. Have you used those handguards before? I was looking at a par recently but with the X Force as I like them.
How long ago was that? So far they have been treating me pretty well...hand guards? only picked this bike up over the winter, Only had it out once. I would say they should work ok for roost but not for the trees. I guess you shouldn't need to worry about either, always being in front and nothing but rocks where you ride.That is a nice scooter. Jabil was my break into the computer biz, some odd million years ago. It was another company when I first started then Jabil bought it out. I soon quit and went to another company. They were ok for my first computer gig. I learned a lot about repairing laptops and used that to move up. Just a stepping stone
