yep, I seen it, but I’m 3 days early for a year.

Yep, just finishing what I have and focus on the 4 houses that need work, peal off a piece of property next door to mine, then finish the kitchen remodel and put it on the market. Should get enough to buy a new Tacoma and pass my 11 down to Joe.
