I'd like to see some photos of that polished cylinder! That would look sweet! How did you go about doing that?

I started with a dremel to remove the paint then 120 grit then 320,600,800,1200 then polishing wheel with jewelers rouge

Very impressive. I know how time consuming polishing a not so smooth surface to begin with is. How many hours did you have into that?

It took a lot longer than it should have I should have had it blasted then the prep work would have been cut in half. to answer your question I`m guessing four nights at fours a night.
