Not a fan of that setup. Looks like that will hammer your boots and make you feel like you are stuck to something.
Welcome to the party.Squeeze with your legs and less with your arms. If its still a problem go to the gym. Make sure you eat food the day of a race and load up on water.

its not really locked in like clips on a pedal. its more of just a round rubber thing that kinda catches the lip of part of your boot. ... i will try to find it.
Yep got it, I was just posting my thoughts, which are always scary.I only posted it because, I think this was what Trav was mentioning.
Yeah, I can't figure out how it helps hold you to the bike.... -BIG DANYep got it, I was just posting my thoughts, which are always scary.
i cant find the ones this guy had.... same idea tho but rubber and it bolted to the subframe where it has the frame guard thing on my bike.
no i dont think it does. it just forces you to be in the correct position and helps you with that leg squeeze... at least thats how dude explained it to me. prolly stops you from sliding your boot back to far? im not 100% as i never ran them.Yeah, I can't figure out how it helps hold you to the bike.... -BIG DAN
