started my first day back at jogging. I have a cool app on my phone that posts to my FB so i am accountable
1 mile in 15 mins... holy shit im out of shape
even riding dirtbikes uses different muscles. my goal for right now is to get to where i can jog 3 miles in 30 mins.My wife and I walk 2.5 miles 5 times a week and we do it in about 40 minutes. Sometimes I jog slowly while she walks but it is amazing the different muscles you use just doing the slow jog versus walking.
