The other way, less paralyzed. It's like a wire with a current going through it (it's actually exactly like that

Exactly, go rail some berms in heaven. 
Well I beg this differ, parapalegs live fairly normal lives, and alot of my friend were sticked back up and getting on their bikes again

I wouldn't say I'm close to them, but I talked to them before.
A broken neck or back doesnt always lead to paralyzation... some people are very fortunate to walk again. then there are the ones who arent so lucky....the ones who wished they wore their neck brace or back pad... then there's the dead ones who's parents are saying "what if"? I dont want my son or my mother saying" what if he only wore his neckbrace, his chest protector his helmet".......
and today, it broke. the little tab at the front closure system broke while I was taking it off
think they will warranty it?
