Rack. Google Wilbur Plaugher. He was still alive and living in Sanger the last time I checked. We grew up around his younger and older relatives in the western side of the county. I love rodeo. The guys doing it now have taken it to a much higher level.

Yep Wilbur and my grandfather knew each other. I've seen Wilbur many times over the years at the Clovis rodeo. I used to be an active member of the association.
