My bro just picked up a low hour 04 125 from a distant in-law, after a split up from mom a spiteful lil basta stepson poured sugar into the tank and ran it til it died! :thumbsdown:
I've been offered it for £300 as a contribution to my eldests 21st bifty in 3 weeks from my bro, he paid £350 to my sis to pass on to original in law owner, whats it worth and should i buy and let him use it for summer and sell it afterwards :noidea:

Buy it and clean out the tank and carb extremely well.... you can run that thing forever in stock trim... my buddies and I run hard MX with these puppies and even a bunch of ice racing is done on them... good buy at 300 English notes.:thumb: :tits:

I saw it, sat on it and instantly wanted to wring its neck, i read your post on jetting, Worth of upping the jets then? Done anything else with it since?
This little bike is still on original chain sprocket and tires and going by only previous owner ( millllliinaire) likely 50 - 100 hour use max, what's it worth U.S.

I'm 5.8 and it just feels bang on abusable size!
Many grins gained per mile I'm thonking!
On the other hand this is meant to be my boys main 21st present and really I should just clean, maintain and ensure its ready to go! :smirk: .

There's a lot of mods available for this bike. I don't do motor mods other than a pipe. Keeps it reliable. K&n filter, Frame cradle, fork stiffener, BBR springs front and back and BBR shift lever are all the mods I've done. I run rottella 15-40 and keep the valves in check. Starts every time.
