looks alot like a dick/asshole, and I'm not talking about rack or palmer.
What gets me is their freaking bikes that belong to kids, and if they are caught, it will be a slap on the wrist.
Cops won't do nothing.

When my zook was stolen I filed a report.....basically nothing happened, but when s buddy if mine spotted the bike, the cops beat me down there probably to make sure I didn't break my hand on guys face,
