dude fell asleep and put it in a culvert at 70 mph...
Does that mean his sleep log will be reviewed?
yes, somehow he survived, actually crawled out of the cab by himself. They'll go through his log book and likely throw the book at him as far as fines/citations
Poor sucker. I know the feeling though. Working 12 hr. shifts on 4 hrs of sleep and driving home 40 mi. is no bueno
fortunately the only things that got hurt were the truck/trailer, culvert, several signs and a street light, he was passing another vehicle and when he went to get back in the RH lane just kept going right..... we're told he fell asleep but it kinda sounds more like a medical black out to me.
