alot of them are from uti drop outs since snap on or whomever teamed up with them to get kids who are going to wash out of being a mechanic $10k plus in tools.

So they sell them at pawn shops?? Hard to believe a lot of ANY snapon etc upper grade tools came to pawn shops legally. It is so easy to sell them for much closer to what they should go for.
